On Sunday, April 13, 2014, we made free health screenings available to our community. These included blood pressure, respiration rates, blood glucose levels, bone density, and stress assessments . We also partnered with the local police department to provide parents with ID kits for their children that included fingerprinting. The event included freshly grilled hamburgers and hot dogs that people could purchase to benefit our residents by raising funds for activities, outings. and a special vacation to Panama City with other residents from facilities across the country. Signature was privileged to have provided an opportunity for residents, staff, family members, and the broader community to learn more about their health by hosting the Health Fair. We look forward to hosting our next health fair and continuing to be the leader in providing long-term health care and inpatient rehab to our community.
